FILMER
About Will Feagins
W. Feagins, Jr. “Will” began directing music videos for indie & underground artists while enrolled at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. It was during this time that he developed his passion for filming and editing as well as another creative outlet, graphic design. After graduating Will found himself, due to a lack of resources and access to equipment, setting videography aside and focusing on graphic design. Eventually he would found his freelance company, High Impact Designs (now High Impact Multimedia), where he served clients from entrepreneurs to artists to non-profit agencies and for-profit entities.
In 2006, after purchasing a consumer miniDV camcorder to capture another of his creative passions, Will would re-enter the world of videography. That year he embarked on a journey where he directed, filmed and edited, “The Art of Life,” a documentary-style DVD project for ChaRon Don, a hip-hop artist and friend. Through this experience, and a contract job in the marketing department of an organization, his passion for video production was reignited and joined by a new interest, motion graphics.
Using a prosumer camcorder borrowed from a family friend, Will began producing music videos for hip-hop artists & singers in the Pittsburgh area. In 2009 he found himself relocating to Atlanta where he would eventually continue on with his passion recording live events and directing music videos for artists such as Boog Brown, Sha Stimuli, THE-5IVE, Adrift Da Belle, Stanza, mikeflo, Lyric Jones & J-Live.
